Entrepreneurial Strategy

I teach the elective Entrepreneurial Strategy at Columbia Business School, at both the MBA and EMBA levels.  This class introduces the skills and frameworks necessary to understand and develop competitive advantage in situations of high uncertainty, particularly the early stages of a startup.
